I am passionate about the quality of the ingredients and types of flavours, fillings  and conserves I use on my cake menu. All my cakes are baked to order, using freshest, finest ingredients and locally sourced (where possible). All my cakes and flavour combinations have been carefully chosen to give the ultimate palatable experience and the wow factor centerpiece perfect for your special day.

Each of my cakes are torted and filled with a smooth Italian meringue buttercream, the addition of sensationally refreshing citrus curds, sweet conserves or delicate caramel and decadent chocolate, coupled with a variety of nuts, fruits and spices for extra flavour and texture; resulting in the ultimate palatable experience.

Classic Vanilla Sponge:

A Classic vanilla Victoria sponge infused with a vanilla syrup, filled with a creamy vanilla buttercream and homemade raspberry or strawberry conserve; and a vanilla flavoured Belgian white chocolate ganache.

Zesty Lemon Sponge :

Lemon Victoria sponge infused with a lemon syrup, filled with lemon curd and creamy lemon buttercream; and a Belgian white chocolate and lemon ganache.

zesty coconut and passion fruit:

Lemon and coconut Victoria sponge infused with a lemon and passion fruit syrup, filled with passion fruit curd and a passion fruit and coconut buttercream; and a Belgian white chocolate and passion fruit ganache.

Coffee Cake:

A Coffee flavoured Victoria sponge infused with a coffee syrup, filled with a creamy vanilla coffee bean buttercream; and a coffee flavoured Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Belgian chocolate Rocky Road:

Chocolate biscuit cake made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and biscuits with the addition of honeycomb, sultanas, marshmallows and honey salted peanuts; and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Belgian Chocolate Biscuit Cake:

This cake is made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and lots of biscuits; and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Baileys Belgian chocolate Rocky Road:

Chocolate biscuit cake infused with Baileys Baileys Irish cream liquor made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and biscuits with the addition of honeycomb, sultanas, marshmallows and pecan nuts; and a Baileys infused Belgian milk chocolate ganache. Minted Belgian chocolate Rocky Road:

Minted Chocolate biscuit cake made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and biscuits with the addition of honeycomb, sultanas, marshmallows and a minted Belgian milk chocolate ganache.(can also be made in Belgian Chocolate Biscuit Cake)

Oreo cookies Belgian chocolate Rocky Road:

Chocolate biscuit cake made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and oreo cookies with the addition of honeycomb, sultanas, marshmallows and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Chocolate fudge cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake filled with a creamy Belgian chocolate buttercream; and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Peppermint Chocolate fudge cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake filled with a creamy minted Belgian chocolate buttercream; and a minted milk Belgian chocolate ganache.

Baileys Chocolate fudge cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake infused with Baileys Irish cream filled with a liquor filled with a creamy Belgian chocolate and Baileys buttercream and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Crunchy peanut fudge cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake filled with a creamy peanut and caramel buttercream and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Hazelnut Chocolate fudge cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake filled with a creamy Belgian chocolate and hazelnut buttercream; and a Belgian milk chocolate and hazelnut ganache.

Raspberry and Chocolate fudge cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake filled with a creamy raspberry and honey comb buttercream; and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Cherry and Chocolate fudge cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake filled with a creamy vanilla buttercream and a morello cherry conserve; and a kirsch flavoured Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Caramel fudge cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake infused with Baileys caramel Irish cream liquor; filled with a creamy salted caramel buttercream and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Salted Caramel Cake:

Moist Caramel Sponge; filled with a creamy salted caramel buttercream and a white chocolate and caramel ganache.

 

Red Velvet:

A soft crumbed cake with distinctive red colour; made with buttermilk cocoa filled with a creamy  vanilla and white Belgian chocolate buttercream and vanilla flavoured ganache.

Guinness chocolate cake:

This distinctively dark chocolate cake; with chocolatey and malty aromas, filled with a caramelised white chocolate buttercream and a caramelised white chocolate .

 Carrot Cake:

Rich moist carrot cake; with added hints of citrus and spices, filled with a vanilla white chocolate ganache.

Traditional Fruit Cake:

A rich moist cake; which is infused with a rum liqueur, combined with fragrant spices, dried fruits and whole almonds.
