Wedding Cake Menu:

All Cakes on the wedding cake menu will be layered and filled with a flavoured Italian meringue buttercream and zesty curds, sweet conserves or delicate caramel. Covered in a Beligian white chocolate ganache, buttercream or fondant. Most cakes will have four layers and will be 5″ deep,approximate servings sizes of all round cakes are 1″x 1″. The debth of your cake may change depending on the style of your wedding cake.

Classic Victoria Sponge:

A classic vanilla victoria sopnge infused with a vanilla syrup, layersd with a vanilla buttercream and a hamemade raspberry conserve.

Zesty Lemon Sponge:

Lemon sponge infused with a lemon syrup, layered with homemade lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Coconut, Lime & Passionfruit:

A moist lime and coconut cake, filled with lime curd and coconut buttercream.

Chocolate Fudge, Cherry & Vanilla :

Rich Belgian chocolate mud cake layered with a vanilla and cherry buttercream and a morello cherry conserve.

Belgian Chocolate Biscuit Cake:

This cake is made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and lots of biscuits, malteesers and marchmallows.

Belgian Chocolate Rocky Road:

Chocolate biscuit cake made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and biscuits with the addition of honeycomb, sultanas, marshmallows and honey salted peanuts.

Coffee Cake:

This distinctively decendent coffee cake; infuced with amaretto syrup, filled with a coffee buttercream.

Lemon, Blueberry & Elderflower:

A moist lemon cake studded with fresh blueberries and filled with lemon curd and elderflower buttercream.

Chocolate Mud Cake:

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake layered with a Belgian chocolate buttercream.

  • Crunchy honey peanut and Caramel.
  • Nutella.

Traditional Fruit:

A rich moist cake; which is infused with a rum liqueur, combined with fragrant spices, dried fruits and whole almonds; covered in an almond and fondant icing.

** 3 months notice needed for fruit cake.

** due to this cake needing to be matured; fruit cake samples are not available in tasting boxes.

Salted Caramel:

Moist Salted Caramel Mud Cake layered  with a salted caramel buttercream and a salted Dulce de leche.

 Chocolate Orange & Cardamom:

Rich moist Belgian lightly spiced chocolate cake layered and filled with an orange buttercream.

Red Velvet & Cream Cheese:

A soft crumbed cake with distinctive red colour; made with buttermilk cocoa filled with a cream cheese buttercream.

**Only available in a 6″ and 8″ cake.

Guinness Chocolate:

This distinctively dark chocolate cake; with chocolatey and malty aromas, filled with a caramelised Belgian white chocolate buttercream.

** Only available in a 6″ and 8″ cake.

White Chocolate & Raspberry Biscuit Cake:

White chocolate biscuit cake made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and lightly spiced biscuits with the addition of honeycomb, marshmallows and Rolos.

 Carrot, Cinnamon & vanilla:

Rich moist carrot cake; with added hints of citrus and spices, filled with a vanilla white chocolate buttercream and a star anise Belgian white chocolate ganache.

**  Only available in a 6″ and 8″ cake.

Strawberry, Champagne & White Chocolate Mud Cake:

White Chocolate Mud Cake layered and filled with a belgian white chocolate ganache and strawberry & champagne conserve.

**  Other Flavour curds available:
