Wedding Cake Menu:

All Cakes on the wedding cake menu will be layered and filled with a flavoured Swiss meringue buttercream and zesty curds, sweet conserves or delicate caramel. Covered in a Belgian white chocolate ganache, buttercream or fondant. Most cakes will have four layers and will be 5″ deep, approximate servings sizes of all round cakes are 1″x 1″. The depth of your cake may change depending on the style of your wedding cake.

Classic Vanilla:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya

A classic vanilla infused sponge layered with a vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream & homemade strawberry conserve.

Zesty Lemon Drizzle:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya

Lemon sponge infused with a lemon syrup, layered with a homemade lemon curd & lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.


Raspberry & Thyme Ripple :

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya

Lemon sponge, filled with homemade raspberry couli & vanilla and thyme whipped ganache.

Black Forest Fudge:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya

Rich Belgian chocolate fudge cake layered with a vanilla & cherry Swiss meringue buttercream and a homemade Morello cherry couli.


Belgian Chocolate Biscuit Cake:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sulphites

This cake is made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and lots of biscuits, Maltesers and marshmallows.

Chocolate fudge cake:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya

Rich moist Belgian chocolate cake layered with a Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

Tuscan Chocolate & Coffee:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya

This distinctively descendent coffee & chocolate cake; infused with lavazza syrup, filled with a coffee chocolate ganache & walnut Praline.

Sicilian Lemon & Elderflower:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya

A moist lemon cake and filled with homemade blueberry couli & an elderflower Swiss meringue buttercream.


Red Velvet & Cream Cheese:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, E122 Colour

A soft crumbed cake with distinctive red colour; made with buttermilk cocoa filled with a cream cheese Swiss meringue buttercream.

**Only available in a 6″ and 8″ cake.

Guinness Chocolate:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Sulphites

This distinctively dark chocolate cake; with chocolaty and malty aromas, filled with a caramelised Belgian white chocolate & vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.

Sticky Salted Caramel:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sulphites

Dark Chocolate Cake layered with salted caramel & whipped chocolate ganache.

 Spicy Carrot:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Nuts (Walnuts), Soya, Sulphites

Rich moist carrot cake; with added hints of citrus and spices, filled with a vanilla white chocolate buttercream and walnut Praline

**  Only available in a 6″ and 8″ cake.


Pink Prosecco & elderflower& Rhubarb:

Almond, Matcha & Cherry:

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Sulphites

Gluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Nuts

A lightly flavoured prosecco sponge layered with an elderflower swiss meringue buttercream & rhubarb jam.

Almond sponge layered with a matcha flavoured swiss meringue buttercream & cherry jam..

**  As Rhubarb is a seasonal vegetable, it will be replaced with Blackberry or Strawberry depending on the season.
