Wedding Cake Menu:

Classic Victoria Sponge:

A classic vanilla victotia sopnge infused with a vanilla syrup, layersd with a creamy vanilla buttercream and a hamemade raspberry conserve; and a vanilla white chocolate chocolate ganache.

 

Zesty Lemon Sponge :

Lemon Victoria sponge infused with a lemon syrup, layered with homemade lemon curd and creamy lemon buttercream; and a Belgian white chocolate and lemon ganache.

Chocolate Expresso, Irish Whiskey Cake:

A moist chocolate and expresso fudge cake layered with an Irish whiskey caramel buttercream; and an expresso and Jameson whiskey Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Belgian chocolate Rocky Road:

Chocolate biscuit cake made with callebaut Belgian chocolate and biscuits with the addition of honeycomb, sultanas, marshmallows and honey salted peanuts; and a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Rich Belgian chocolate cake layered with a vanilla and cherry buttercream and a morello cherry conserve; and a kirsch flavoured Belgian milk chocolate ganache

Red Velvet & Cream Cheese:

A soft crumbed cake with distinctive red colour; made with buttermilk cocoa filled with a cream cheese buttercream and a Belgian white chocolate ganache

Salted Caramel:

Moist Caramel Sponge layered  with a salted caramel buttercream and a salted Dulce de leche and a salted pecan praline Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Guinness chocolate:

This distinctively dark chocolate cake; with chocolatey and malty aromas, filled with a caramelised Belgian white chocolate buttercream and a caramelised Belgian white chocolate ganache.

 Carrot, cinnamon and vanilla:

Rich moist carrot cake; with added hints of citrus and spices, filled with a vanilla white chocolate buttercream and a star anise Belgian white chocolate ganache.

Traditional Fruit:

A rich moist cake; which is infused with a rum liqueur, combined with fragrant spices, dried fruits and whole almonds; covered in an almond and fondant icing.
