About Joanne

Joanne is a qualified chef and holds a Degree in Culinary Arts with special emphasis on pastry from GMIT.

In 2008, she completed a course in Artistic Chocolate at Ecoile Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil in Paris. Joanne also completed sugarcraft classes in Ireland and Europe.

She have won awards for my sugarcraft work at sodexho salon culinare. In addition she have been highly commended for my sugarcraft work at Cork Sugarcraft Exhibit
