Each cake has four layers and filled with a smooth Italian meringue buttercream which is flavoured to compliment the cake it is paired with, the addition of refreshing citrus curds, sweet conserves or delicate caramel and decadent chocolate for that extra depth of flavor. Cakes can be paired with a variety of nuts, fruits and spices to add a little texture,resulting in the ultimate palatable experience.
A cake can be decorated with a rustic or textured buttercream. Finished with seasonal fruits and fresh organic flowers. This style of cake definitely very popular and exposes the cakes natural beauty.
Cakes can also be simply finished with a layer of rich Belgian chocolate ganache or a fondant icing instead. Then simply decorated with fresh or sugar flowers. This style of cake will express that clean stylish finish.
