Cancellations must be put in writing. Booking deposit is non-refundable. Cake orders are not transferrable and are reserved only for the couple who is named on the oreder sheets.
Wedding cakes that are cancelled 6 weeks prior to the occasion, full payment is required.
Occasion cakes that are cancelled 3 weeks prior to the occasion, full payment is required.
